My name is Kris Rapp, and I am a fitness boxing coach dedicated to helping athletes and individuals of all fitness levels reach their goals through boxing-based training.
As a coach, I work directly with clients by holding focus mitts and teaching proper boxing techniques, combinations, footwork, and conditioning drills. Whether you're an experienced athlete looking to improve your performance or someone new to fitness seeking an exciting workout, my training programs are designed to challenge and motivate you.

30 minutes of "Focus Mitt" drills working 1 on 1 with a coach. Don't have a lot of time to workout? Get a cardio and strength training blast in a half hour! Learn great punch and kick combos while improving your speed and technique.

30 minutes of "Focus Mitt" drills! This is a great way for a parent and child or siblings to train together. We work on the same drills as a one on one but with the opportunity to train with a family member!!
